Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking an intern for MRO Test Cell Services in Querétaro. You will support test cell correlation projects, collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams, and help standardize tools and documentation. This role offers hands-on learning in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

The position requires active enrollment in an engineering degree with up to two years left, strong English, and a commitment of 30 hours per week on-site at GEIQ facilities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aeronautical, Mechatronics, or Energy) with no more than two years remaining until graduation.
• Fluency in English.
• Availability of 30 hours per week; in-person work at GEIQ facilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support process improvement initiatives related to test cell correlation projects, with guidance from experienced engineers.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve project management activities and develop a Knowledge Hub using automation and/or AI tools.
• Gather input from experienced team members to support documentation and tool standardization across teams.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project and business objectives.
• Demonstrate engineering judgment, learning agility, and attention to detail in assigned tasks.
• Present and substantiate results from your work to peers, senior leadership, and direct leaders.
