Capgemini Engineering is seeking a skilled integration specialist to lead end-to-end delivery and develop cloud-based, API-driven integrations. You will work with a global team to analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure smooth post-production support.

Ideal candidates have strong Java, Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, and SQL skills, plus DevOps experience and advanced English. This role offers hybrid work in CDMX and opportunities to contribute to diverse projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong experience in Java development and enterprise integration technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark (PySpark preferred), and Delta Lake.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling concepts, XML, JSON, and cloud-based integration services.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Nexus, and Jira.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills, with experience in Agile environments and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Availability to work hybrid in CDMX.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end integration delivery, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Develop and maintain HR system integrations between cloud and enterprise applications using API-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot, support, and optimize integrations throughout testing and production environments within a DevOps framework.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, integration patterns, and best practices aligned with organizational standards.
