Sonoco invites applications for a Human Resources Manager role to be based in Mexico. You will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business goals, manage recruitment and performance systems, and ensure compliance across all HR processes.

You will also oversee compensation programs and training, while fostering a positive workplace culture. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of labor laws.

Formación

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Experience with HR metrics and data-driven decision making.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

Responsabilidades
