Sonoco in Mexico is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to perform routine inspections and tests, document findings, and support audits. You will help develop and implement quality procedures, collaborate with production and engineering teams, and maintain detailed quality records.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years in QA, strong attention to detail, and good analytical and communication skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; QA certification a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with quality inspection tools and software.
• Understanding of industry quality standards and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Quality Inspections: Perform routine inspections and tests on products and materials to ensure they meet established quality standards.
• Document Findings: Record and report inspection results, identifying any deviations from quality standards.
• Assist in Quality Audits: Support internal and external quality audits by preparing necessary documentation and assisting auditors.
• Implement Quality Procedures: Help in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions taken.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Additional Responsibilities as Assigned.

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this role is from $XX to $YY, plus an annual target bonus of ZZ% of base salary
