Sonoco is seeking an HR Manager to lead HR strategy and initiatives in alignment with the business. You will bridge management and employee relations, oversee recruitment, manage performance appraisal, and ensure legal compliance across the HR function.

The role requires experience as HR Manager, strong leadership, and a people-focused, results-driven approach, with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.

Formación

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Bridge management and employee relations; address grievances.
• Oversee recruitment and selection to attract and retain staff.
• Manage performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
• Ensure legal compliance in HR management.
• Report HR metrics to management for decision support.
• Foster a positive working environment and culture.
• Additional Responsibilities as Assigned.
