Job summary

Blue Yonder in Monterrey, MX is seeking a dedicated HR professional to support HR Business Partners in delivering core HR functions. The role involves acting as a point of contact for associates on policies and HR processes, conducting exit interviews, and coordinating employee relations activities.

You will assist with onboarding, payroll inquiries, HR system guidance, data updates, and reporting requests while maintaining associate files and supporting HR initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• HR Business Partner experience or strong exposure in partnering with leadership teams.
• Knowledge of HR processes including onboarding, payroll, reporting, and policy administration.
• Experience resolving employee relations issues and conducting investigations.

Responsibilities

• Supports HR Business Partners in delivery of responsibilities.
• Point of contact to answer associate questions regarding policies and HR processes.
• Conducts exit interviews and processes terminations.
• Coordinates investigations or employee relations issues as needed.
• Assists with onboarding of associates.
• Provides guidance on HR systems usage and processes promotions, transfers and data updates.
• Assists with various reporting requests and maintenance of associate files.
• Works with HR Leadership on initiatives and projects.
