BIC World is hiring an HR Director Manufacturing NAM & LAM and Country HR Mexico to lead people strategy, capability building, and organizational development across four factories in the region. This role partners with regional leadership to drive workforce planning, culture, and sustainable HR practices while ensuring Mexico compliance and strong employee relations.

The position oversees governance of payroll, benefits, time management, and HR data across Mexico, and shapes talent strategy for

Competenze

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience in manufacturing and multinational settings.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR operations including payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead across multiple countries and cultures within complex industrial environments.

Mansioni

• Lead the HR strategy and execution across manufacturing facilities in NAM & LAM and Brazil, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Partner with regional leadership on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, culture, engagement, and change management.
• Drive talent development, succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential programs.
• Oversee payroll governance, benefits administration, time and attendance, and HR data management for Mexico.
• Ensure legal compliance with Mexican labor laws and labor relations governance.
• Coach HR leaders and manage external relations with unions and authorities.
• Support HR program governance, health, safety, and inclusion initiatives.
