Wabtec in Mexico seeks a Senior HR Manager to lead HR strategy for four manufacturing entities with ~400 employees. You will directly manage 2–3 HR Managers and partner with Senior Leadership to drive business priorities and culture change.

You will oversee talent management, succession planning, recruitment, compensation, and labor relations, ensuring fair treatment and effective change initiatives across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a variety of Human Resource positions, both staff and client based.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resource leadership role.
• Previous HR team management experience.
• Languages: English—competent speaker, able to communicate with fluency and accuracy.
• Candidate must be willing to travel up to 10%.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of HR functions, including talent management, succession planning, and organizational change.
• Partner with HRBP for the Freight & Industrial Components group and the HR team in Mexico on talent, compensation & benefits, and learning strategies.
• Ensure respect for employees' rights, including labor and legal rights, and administer labor agreements.
• Lead recruitment, selection, restructuring, and workforce reductions as needed.
• Develop and lead strategy to ensure robust pipeline and succession plans.
• Facilitate culture and communications, support change initiatives across the organization.
• Advise and support Wabtec de Mexico, WGS Mexico, and the extended HR team.
• Advocate for fair and equitable treatment and diversity.
