Jabil in Mexico seeks an HR Data Entry Specialist to maintain employee information in SAP HR and Employee Central with a strong focus on data integrity. You will manage transactions across job, personal, and benefit data while upholding confidentiality and security policies.

The role requires 4+ years in HR and familiarity with HRIS systems; HS diploma is required, bachelor's degree preferred. Regular hours with potential domestic/international travel up to 5% and collaboration with local HR

Formación

• HS Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) year work-related experience in HR.
• Experience with HRIS systems (HRIS preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Enter and maintain employee data in HRIS tools (SAP HR / Employee Central).
• Maintain organizational structure and process changes in HR systems.
• Review forms for accuracy and ensure policy compliance.
• Support HR systems communications and confidentiality requirements.
