Jabil is seeking an HR Shared Services Generalist to be the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, delivering timely and accurate HR support. The role requires handling a range of HR issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 0–1 year of experience, and knowledge of Workday or ServiceNow. Bilingual English/Spanish communication is essential for the Americas region.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with HR systems and data entry accuracy is required.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish with confidential data handling.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries via phone, email, or portal.
• Resolve HR issues with accuracy and timely communication to employees.
• Maintain knowledge of HR policies, programs, and procedures for Americas Shared Services.
• Process HR transactions in Workday, ADP, Kronos, and related systems.
• Support HR Shared Services projects and ensure confidentiality of information.
