Jabil seeks a Human Resources Shared Services Generalist to act as the first contact resolving employee and manager inquiries via phone, email, or portal. You will provide timely, confidential support, interpret situations, and input accurate HR transactions.

You will work with Workday and ADP systems, stay current on policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; zero to one year in HR is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in HR Specialist or similar role.
• Fundamental knowledge of HR practices including employment law, compensation, hiring, performance management, coaching, and employee relations across the Americas.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve HR inquiries with first-call resolution.
• Interact empathetically with employees and managers.
• Stay up-to-date on policies, programs, and procedures.
• Input accurate transactions into HR systems (Workday, ADP, Kronos, etc.).
• Maintain confidential records and support HR Shared Services projects.
