The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking an HR Data & Reporting Specialist to support day-to-day HR data operations with a strong focus on Workday EIB processing, HR reporting, and data quality management. This is an individual contributor role delivering defined data and reporting tasks to ensure accurate, timely data for decision-making.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience working with HR systems, HR data, or reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Workday, including reporting and/or EIB.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and analysing reports, with the ability to work confidently with structured data.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Execute Workday EIB uploads and data loads per approved processes.
• Validate data inputs prior to EIB processing and verify outputs for accuracy.
• Support ongoing HR data maintenance across core HR data domains.
• Log, track, and resolve data issues from EIB or data loads.
• Create, maintain, and refresh standard HR reports and dashboards.
• Run scheduled and ad-hoc HR reports to support operations and business needs.
• Assist HR stakeholders with report interpretation and usage guidance.
• Support data purging activities in Workday and downstream systems per policy.
