PPG, a global leader in coatings and materials, is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to administer and optimize the HRIS, drive data-driven insights, and support HR operations and strategic initiatives. You will engage with HR CoEs, HRBPs, and HRIT to deliver high-quality reports and projects.

The role emphasizes data integrity, HR reporting, and system improvements with a hybrid work arrangement (in-person Monday-Thursday, remote on Flexible Fridays) and location-flexible schedules.

Formación

• 5+ years of HCM / HRIS administration or a similar role.
• High proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, SNOW, UKG Kronos – advantage) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in managing projects and initiatives.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good presentation and public speaking skills.
• Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HRIS, including system updates, data integrity, and security.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to provide accurate and timely information and to address the HR data inconsistencies to stakeholders (including advanced Workday PRISM functionality).
• Provide training and support to HR staff and other users of the HRIS.
• Ensure HRIS compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Lead (and participate) HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades and implementations.
• Identify barriers to meeting goals and proactively provide solutions to keep projects on track and on budget.
• Maintain awareness of current projects across PPG and planned HR technology projects.
• Translate business requirements into software, communications, and equipment requirements for application development.
• Prepare detailed specifications/requirements together with stakeholders from which Workday will be developed.
• Stay up to date with Workday enhancements and future product releases to support our HR teams.
• Conduct data quality reviews for Global data set, monitor and correct processing errors.
• Propose innovative technical solutions to improve customer experience.
• Proficiency and strong understanding with following WD technology: WD HCM, EIBs, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, Discovery Boards.
