The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree, extensive HR experience, and proficiency in Workday and Excel. Responsibilities include HRIS solution implementation, stakeholder collaboration, and project management. Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Workday HRIS experience is required.
• 3+ years of experience in an office environment using relational database applications.
• Prior experience with Payroll project implementation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Implement HRIS solutions for HR work processes.
• Collaborate with global HR team to optimize end-to-end processes.
• Provide thought leadership in HRIS and gain buy-in for recommendations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
