The LEGO Group seeks a Senior Advisor for Master Data in HR to ensure accurate global personal and organizational data. You will drive data management, reporting, and improvements across Payroll and HR systems.

Collaborate with Payroll, PO&D and development teams, mentor new hires, and participate in Superuser activities. Proficiency with Workday and SAP is valued, and a confidential, detail‑oriented approach to data is essential.

Formación

• Proven experience in similar position.
• Confidentiality.
• Detail oriented, focused.
• Good analytical skills.
• Experience working in HR is a plus.
• Workday experience is essential.
• Knowledge of SAP or any HR system.
• Verbal and Written English.

Responsabilidades

• Independently performing high quality data management activities (manual updates, reporting).
• Creating HR related documents (contracts, merit letters, offer letters, etc.).
• Performing and acting on data quality controls.
• Improving current processes and procedures.
• Fostering and maintaining solid relationships within the team and with our partners (Payroll, PO&D).
• Data Management activities (manual updates, reporting).
• Collaborating with the development team to solve technical issues.
• Participating in projects representing the Employee Master Data team.
• Mentoring new hires and more junior team members.
