Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts at Punta de Mita is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the pre-opening team and ongoing Human Resources operations for the new beachfront resort.

You will warmly greet associates, assist with recruitment, orientation, benefits, and training; maintain UltiPro records; generate HR reports; oversee communications; and help promote Omni culture across the property.

Qualifications

• College degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience.
• High level of written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while executing tasks.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests and colleagues.
• Strong computer skills and quick learning of software.
• Independent with good organization and multitasking.
• Willingness to work one weekend day per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Professionally greet guests to the Associate Services Center.
• Provide administrative support to HR leadership.
• Assist with recruitment, interviews, postings, and open position listings.
• Generate and analyze HR reports in UltiPro.
• Oversee engagement tracking and LMS responsibilities.
• Coordinate New Hire Orientation preparation and delivery.
• Process new hire paperwork and maintain HR records.
• Develop associate communications networks via newsletters and postings.
• Enter and maintain associate data in UltiPro.
• Answer inquiries by phone/email and draft memos.
