Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts seeks an HR Coordinator for its Punta de Mita pre-opening team. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, benefits support, and associate services. This role provides clerical support to the HR Director and helps maintain HR records in UltiPro.

In this fast-paced, guest-focused environment, you will promote Omni culture, coordinate orientation programs, and support executive HR leadership with data reporting and events.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• 1+ year HR experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient with MS Office and the internet for research.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the Associate Services Center warmly.
• Provide administrative support to HR leadership.
• Assist recruitment: pre-screening, scheduling interviews, posting roles.
• Generate and analyze reports in UltiPro.
• Oversee Power of Engagement tracking and LMS system.
• Coordinate New Hire Orientation and sessions.
• Process new hire paperwork.
• Maintain associate data in UltiPro.
• Distribute internal communications via newsletters and boards.
• Plan and support associate events and recognition programs.
• Maintain office logs and supplies; handle mail.
