nVent Enclosure Systems LLC is seeking a bilingual professional to optimize ERP-driven processes and lead Lean continuous improvement in a Mexico-based facility. You will configure and maintain JD Edwards/AS-400 ERP systems, manage lean projects, and develop data dashboards to enable data-driven decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, JDEdwards, or AS-400 is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 5+ years of Logistics/Warehouse Management experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Yellow Belt/Green Belt preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Bilingual, strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish is required .
• 3+ years of validated experience in LEAN Manufacturing methodologies with a preference for Lean Six Sigma certification.
• 5+ years of validated experience in Logistics/Warehouse Management.
• 3+ years of validated experience managing employees.
• Yellow Belt/Green Belt (preferred).
• Proficiency in ERP systems, JDEdwards, or AS-400 is a plus.
• Experience in development and implementation of projects.
• Proven understanding of Lean tools: Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, Kanban.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration techniques.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
