nVent is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to handle high-volume invoice processing in Monterrey. The role focuses on PO/NPO processing, intercompany invoices, and strict compliance with DOA and SOX controls.

Fluency in English and familiarity with CFDI are essential for effective vendor communication and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will leverage ERP systems and MS Office to ensure accurate, timely payments while supporting process improvements in a manufacturing

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in economics (Accounting is preferred).
• 1+ year work experience within Accounts Payable, with strong emphasis on PO/ NPO invoice processing.
• Advanced English.
• Experience in Mexican CFDI invoice processing, payment complements, SAT knowledge.
• Intermediate Knowledge of MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• JD Edwards, SAP, M3 and Esker (AP workflow) experience is a plus.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Accuracy with an eye for detail and analytical mindset.
• Collaborative attitude and teamwork to drive results.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

Primary focus working with various nVent employees on payable invoices and resolutions. High volume processing 100 – 300 invoices per day for 3-way matching, 2-way matching and non-PO invoice processing including intercompany invoices. Detailed oriented insuring accurate approvals following DOA and insuring SOX controls are followed. Analytic abilities will be used to work with our vendors to reconcile and resolve outstanding invoice issues. Calculate use tax where appropriate within local laws. Communicate effectively with vendors, co-workers, other internal departments and management. Ability to multi-task and enjoy variety of duties in fast paced environment. Ability to take initiative and use experience in AP to assist in decision-making skills. Ability to assist other team members as needed.

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor's degree in economics (Accounting is preferred).

• Advanced level of English.
• Experience in Mexican invoice processing (CFDI), payment complements, general knowledge for SAT.

• JD Edwards, SAP, M3 and Esker (AP workflow) software experience a plus.
• Manufacturing experience.
