nVent is seeking an experienced Incentive and Compensation Administrator to oversee end-to-end administration of incentive plans and ensure governance and accuracy across multiple regions.

You will design, calculate, and deliver awards, partner with Payroll and HR to align plans with business strategy, and provide insights through analytics. Strong Excel and reporting skills are essential for success.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience administering incentive or compensation plans; Xactly Incent or similar platform preferred.
  • Advanced English; strong analytical and numerical skills with large data sets.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-country incentive programs.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead end-to-end administration of incentive plans and ensure compliance with policy and plan documentation.
  • Ensure programs follow approved plan documents, governance standards, and company policies.
  • Build and maintain workflows, rules, calculations, reporting, and analytics.
  • Calculate and deliver incentive awards on time and accurately (monthly through annual).
  • Partner with payroll teams to process payments accurately and on time in compliance with local requirements.
  • Support plan design development and analysis through strong data analysis and system expertise.
  • Manage nVent’s global recognition program (Electrify powered by Workhuman) including vendor management and reporting.
  • Partner with HR to align incentives and recognition with nVent’s culture, values, and talent strategy.
  • Partner with Finance to support forecasting, accruals, and reconciliations.
  • Provide data-driven insights on plan performance, participant earnings, plan effectiveness, and recognition outcomes.
  • Create clear, accurate communications for participants, managers, and senior leaders.
  • Respond to leader and participant inquiries with professionalism and strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Maintain process documentation and drive operational excellence through automation and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION
  • Leading end-to-end administration of incentive (bonus) plans and ensuring compliance with company policies and plan documentation.
  • Ensuring programs follow approved plan documents, governance standards, and company policies.
  • Building and maintaining workflows, rules, calculations, reporting, and analytics to meet business needs.
  • Calculating and delivering incentive awards on time and accurately (monthly through annual), resolving exceptions as needed.
  • Partnering with payroll teams to process payments accurately, on time, and in compliance with local requirements.
  • Supporting plan design development and analysis through strong data analysis and system expertise.
  • Managing nVent’s global recognition program (Electrify powered by Workhuman), including vendor management, award management, reporting, and governance.
  • Partnering with HR to align incentives and recognition with nVent’s culture, values, and talent strategy.
  • Partnering with Finance to support forecasting, accruals, and reconciliations.
  • Providing data-driven insights on plan performance, participant earnings, plan effectiveness, and recognition outcomes.
  • Creating clear, accurate communications for participants, managers, and senior leaders.
  • Responding to leader and participant inquiries with professionalism and strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Maintaining process documentation and driving operational excellence through automation and continuous improvement.
YOU HAVE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience administering incentive or compensation plans, with hands‑on experience using Xactly Incent or similar platforms preferred.
  • Advanced English.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving skills; high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Consistent track record in managing complex calculations and large data sets using compensation systems
  • Experience supporting global or multi‑country incentive programs strongly preferred.
  • Strong desire and motivation to develop and continue upward movement in your career in HR
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of tools especially Excel, PowerPoint as well as Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex plan mechanics to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, HR, Payroll, and IT.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and customer‑focused mindset.
  • Highly‑accountable self‑starter, comfortable working fairly independently as well as displaying strong team collaboration.
  • Highest levels of integrity with the ability to manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information.
