Time To Hire is seeking an HR Business Partner to build the HR function from the ground up in Mexico City. You will shape culture, design onboarding, and implement scalable processes for growth in a high‑growth tech environment.

You will partner with leaders to align performance, development, and workforce planning, while ensuring compliance with Mexican labor law. Advanced English required and experience with AI tools is a plus.

Formación

• Experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist in tech or startup environments.
• Proven track record building HR processes from scratch (culture, onboarding, policies).
• Strong collaboration with senior leaders and technical teams.
• Knowledge of Mexican labor law (LFT) and compliance.

Responsabilidades

HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Build HR from Scratch | Advanced English | Santa Fe, CDMX

Do you want to build an HR function from the ground up at a company that is growing fast? This opportunity is for you.

A technology company specialized in data centers and artificial intelligence implementation, a year and a half into operations and expanding quickly, is looking for its first HR Business Partner. The company opens 12 to 13 positions every two to three months (engineers and construction managers) and needs someone to shape the culture and people processes that will support this growth.

What you’ll do

• Define, document and strengthen the company’s culture and values.

• Design and run the onboarding process for a steady flow of new hires.

• Identify needs and launch training programs for technical and leadership profiles.

• Build HR policies, internal regulations and processes from scratch, in compliance with Mexican labor law.

• Partner with directors and team leads on performance, development, retention and workforce planning.

• Handle employee relations and internal communication.

• Use AI tools to automate and scale HR processes.

What we’re looking for

• Experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist in startups, scale-ups, or technology, infrastructure or engineering companies.

• A track record of building HR processes from scratch (culture, onboarding, training, policies).

• Experience partnering with senior leaders and technical teams.

• Knowledge of the Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT).

• Advanced English, spoken and written (it will be assessed).

• Proven use of AI tools in your current role.

• Ownership, proactivity, a hands‑on approach and comfort in low‑structure environments.

• Important: we’re looking for end‑to‑end people management, not a recruiting‑only profile.

What we offer

• Monthly gross salary of $60,000 to $120,000 MXN, depending on experience.
