Alcon in Mexico City (Hybrid) is seeking a Benefits Associate to support the Employee Benefits team. You will handle Tier-1 inquiries, enrollments, and reconciliation tasks, coordinating with payroll, vendors, and the Global Benefits COE to ensure accurate service delivery.

Role requires a Bachelor’s degree and advanced English, with prior experience in benefits administration or HR support preferred. Flexible hours and a hybrid work setup are offered with a diverse global team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Advanced level of English.
• Experience in customer service, shared services, HR operations, benefits administration, payroll support, or related administrative work preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficient with Excel and Word; HR systems experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier-1 colleague support for benefits-related questions and transactions.
• Serve as first point of contact for routine inquiries and case intake.
• Coordinate with payroll, external vendors, and Global Benefits COE to ensure timely service.
• Assist with enrollments, changes, terminations and benefits transactions.
• Perform reconciliation of census data, eligibility, pension contributions, invoices, and premiums.
• Support retirement and pension administration activities.
