Hilton in Mexico is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee facility safety and security operations, ensuring guest and team member safety while delivering the hospitality we’re known for. You will conduct security patrols, coordinate emergency responses, supervise and train Security Guards/Officers, investigate incidents, and promote workplace safety.

You may step in to cover security officer duties as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct security patrols: Monitor interior and exterior hotel premises to identify safety risks and security threats
• Support emergency responses: Coordinate incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, and security threats
• Supervise and develop the team: Train, schedule, and supervise Security Guards/Officers
• Investigate incidents: Conduct preliminary investigations and document findings
• Promote workplace safety: Enforce safety protocols and best practices
