Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Cabo San Lucas is seeking a Security Manager to lead the hotel's security, safety, and emergency response operations.

You will develop policies, supervise security staff, coordinate incident investigations, and ensure compliance with corporate standards while maintaining a safe guest and employee environment at our property. This role requires collaboration with Operations, Human Resources, IT, and Engineering to protect guests, assets, and brand reputation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Extensive planning, administration, and supervision of security operations.
• Coordinate incident response and investigations with key departments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and review security policies, procedures, and programs for the organization.
• Organize and lead the Security Department, ensuring compliance with objectives and service standards.
• Coordinate incident response, investigations, and emergency management across departments.
• Oversee CCTV, alarms, fire protection systems, and access control equipment.
