• Managing and optimizing hotel operations: lead the hotel with strategic oversight of all departments — ensuring alignment with Hilton brand standards; drive operational excellence and a seamless guest experience.
• Managing commercial financial performance: own the property’s financial performance, including sales, revenue and finance; lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning to ensure financial health.
• Communicating with key stakeholders: act as the primary contact for hotel owners and Hilton’s corporate leadership; deliver updates and align on business goals and performance expectations.
• Leading and developing on-property teams: recruit top talent, champion diversity, coach performance, and build a culture of engagement and accountability.
