Hilton is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to manage daily maintenance operations, safety compliance, and team leadership at our hotel in Mexico. You will oversee building systems and lifecycle maintenance, while ensuring timely responses to guest requests and emergencies.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Ensure facility safety and compliance: support maintenance of hotel buildings and mechanical/electrical/HVAC systems and life-safety per regulations.
• Supervise maintenance operations: assign and oversee daily maintenance tasks and document work in the property management system.
• Oversee contractor work: supervise external contractors and inspect completed work for quality and compliance.
• Respond to service requests: address maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergencies promptly and efficiently.
• Supervise and develop the team: train, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff to ensure high-quality work.
