Hilton in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico is seeking a Training Coordinator to support daily training operations, oversee safety standards, update information boards, and ensure compliance with corporate HR policies and local regulations.

The role leads Training and Safety & Hygiene Committees, coordinates with STPS mandates, fosters team engagement through recognition programs and events, and collaborates in administering all training programs, especially in the absence of the Training Manager.

Formación

• Experience coordinating training programs and operations.
• Familiar with safety/hygiene guidelines and STPS requirements.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily Training operations: oversee safety standards, update boards, track partnerships, ensure HR/regulatory compliance.
• Lead the Training and Safety & Hygiene Committees: organize and supervise required committees.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state commitments (STPS) and records.
• Foster team member engagement through recognition programs and events.
• Collaborate in administration of training programs, especially when the Training Manager is unavailable.
