Hilton is seeking a Training Coordinator to support daily training operations, oversee safety and compliance, and help nurture a positive hospitality culture at our property in Mexico. You’ll lead committees, collaborate on training programs, and ensure alignment with corporate HR policies and local regulations.

The role emphasizes integrity, leadership, teamwork, and ownership, with the goal of delivering memorable experiences for guests while strengthening team engagement and safety standards

Responsabilidades

  • Support daily Training operations: overseeing safety standards, updating information boards, tracking partnerships and internships, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and local regulations.
  • Lead the Training and Safety & Hygiene Committees: organize, direct and supervise committees required by the STPS.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state commitments: Joint Commissions with the STPS.
  • Foster team member engagement: support recognition programs, events, and engagement activities to create a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate in administration and supervision of all training programs, especially in the absence of the Training Manager.

As a Training Coordinator, you’re not just assisting with the training of team members – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Support daily Training operations: Perform key functions such as overseeing safety standards, updating information boards, tracking university partnerships and internship programs, and ensuring compliance with corporate HR policies as well as federal and local regulations
  • Lead the Training and Safety & Hygiene Committees: Organize, direct and supervise the committees required by the STPS
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state commitments: Joint Commissions (Comisiones Mixtas) with the STPS
  • Foster team member engagement: Support employee relations initiatives such as recognition programs, special events, and engagement activities to create a positive workplace culture
  • Collaborate in the administration and supervision of all training programs: especially in the absence of the Training Manager.
