Hilton in Puerto Vallarta is seeking a Training Coordinator to support daily training operations, oversee safety standards, and help maintain compliance with corporate HR policies and local regulations.

You will lead Training and Safety & Hygiene Committees, foster team engagement, and collaborate on administration of training programs, especially in the absence of the Training Manager.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily Training operations: oversee safety standards, update information boards, track university partnerships and internship programs, ensure compliance with HR policies and local regulations.
• Lead the Training and Safety & Hygiene Committees: organize, direct and supervise committees required by STPS.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state commitments: Joint Commissions with STPS.
• Foster team member engagement: support recognition programs, events, and engagement activities to create a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate in the administration and supervision of all training programs, especially in the absence of the Training Manager.
