Four Seasons Tamarindo, Mexico, is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support development and learning processes in administrative and logistical tasks. The role includes leading induction programs, coordinating hygiene, ethics and safety trainings, maintaining the learning matrix, and organizing training events.

You will manage calendars, assist employees, and help ensure a welcoming space while collaborating with colleagues to deliver world-class guest experiences.

Formación

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Good verbal and written communication
• Attention to detail

Responsabilidades

• Leads the induction program: Tamarindo Submersion and Embark.
• Coordinates the food hygiene training program.
• Coordinates corporate and local ethics and safety courses.
• Updates the internal learning matrix.
• Maintains the weekly calendar of internal employee activities.
• Co-organizes rewards program with Tamarindo Houses presidents.
• Ensures training attendance records are kept up-to-date in Four Seasons Learning.
• Coordinates external training on logistical and administrative topics.
• Oversee the logistics of training events and activities, such as room, materials, and decorations.
• Markets the training events and keeps communications updated.
