Job summary

Shiji Group in Mexico City seeks a Customer Success Manager to build strong, long-term relationships with hospitality clients across the Americas and ensure they realize value from Shiji's solutions.

You will drive product adoption, lead executive business reviews, coordinate with Implementation and Support teams, and act as the customer advocate to secure renewals and satisfaction. Fluent Spanish and English are required, and travel up to 30% domestically and internationally should be expected.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in customer success or account management.
• Experience with SaaS in hospitality tech.
• Ability to communicate to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Manage long-term relationships with properties and corporate stakeholders across the Americas.
• Lead transitions from implementation to ongoing success.
• Conduct data-backed reviews and health checks.
• Identify risks and develop renewal-ready plans.
• Escalate and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Implementation.
• Lead executive business reviews and meetings.
