Shiji Group in Mexico City is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the Americas sales team. You will translate hotel and F&B requirements into scalable technology across Daylight PMS, Infrasys POS, and ancillary products, supporting commercial and technical sales opportunities.

You will lead demonstrations, discovery sessions, solution design, integration mapping, and post-sale handoffs, collaborating with product, security, legal, and executives to ensure feasible, accurate outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years in hospitality tech with PMS/POS exposure.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, cloud and security.
• Willing to travel ≥50% across the Americas.
• Strong communication for executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical and solutions advisor on qualified sales opportunities.
• Lead in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and outcomes.
• Design solutions across Shiji's portfolio translating operational needs into PMS, POS, and integrations.
• Prepare and deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concept solutions.
• Configure and maintain demonstration environments for complex opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to validate solution fit and address objections.
• Explain technical concepts clearly to hotel owners and executives.
• Own technical accuracy of proposed solutions and RFP/RFI responses.
• Document customer requirements and decisions throughout the sales process.
• Develop repeatable sales enablement resources and demo frameworks.
• Translate market needs into feedback for Product and Sales leadership.
