In this role, you will lead a team and manage a $35–40M revenue portfolio, focusing on client retention and developing engagement strategies. You should have over 7 years of experience in account management, advanced English skills, and be capable of team management. The position allows for remote work from anywhere with a flexible schedule and excellent compensation.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Account Management or Delivery.
• 7+ years of experience in the tech/outsourcing sector.
• Experience managing a team.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of Account Managers.
• Ensure high retention and client satisfaction of the SMB portfolio.
• Identify accounts with growth potential.
• Design and improve operating models for account management.
• Act as the primary escalation point for client issues.
