Job summary

Birdman is seeking a Content Production Lead to head its in-house audiovisual content production and oversee all motion content for the brand portfolio. You will translate marketing briefs into actionable production plans, ensuring best-in-class quality while maximizing output per peso invested.

You will manage a small production team of two, collaborate across Brand Management, Marketing, and Birdman Studio, and partner with external production houses to deliver on-brand content at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual Production, Communication, Film, Design, or a related creative field.
• +8 years of experience as a Producer, Videographer, Photographer, or Audiovisual Content Creator.
• +6 years creating audiovisual content for culturally relevant consumer brands.
• Experience in production house, creative/advertising agency, or in-house audiovisual production department.

Responsibilities

• Lead the generation of in-house audiovisual content and translate briefs into production plans.
• Own the creative taste and production-quality standard of all content.
• Lead and prioritize the in-house production team for efficient, high-quality delivery.
• Decide what to produce in-house vs external based on complexity, timelines, and budget.
• Manage external production houses, agencies, and vendors, including pitching and negotiations.
• Own the content production budget and optimize output per invested peso.
• Lead, develop, and coach the in-house production team.
• Ensure content follows brand guidelines and platform specs.
• Oversee video and photo direction, editing, and post-production workflows.
• Translate briefs into scalable social-first content across funnel stages.
• Identify opportunities to improve production processes and leverage AI tools.
• Measure and improve production efficiency and brand engagement.
