Job summary

Monks seeks an experienced Audiovisual & AI Production Lead to guide end-to-end production of high-quality video and audio content for campaigns across channels. You will oversee a talented team of editors, animators, designers, and AI artists to ensure timely delivery and pixel-perfect quality.

You will collaborate with creative directors and brand stakeholders to define project vision and technical requirements, while mentoring the team to maintain the highest standards of craft and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience producing and leading audiovisual projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video, audio, and integrated content for major brands or campaigns.
• Deep technical proficiency in post-production workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and models (e.g., ComfyUI, Runway, Higgsfield, Flora, Weavy).
• Experience in managing AI tools for audiovisual productions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the audiovisual production process from concept to final delivery for campaigns.
• Provide technical and creative direction to a multidisciplinary team, mentoring across post production workflow.
