Birdman seeks a Content Production Lead to steer in‑house audiovisual content and own motion content across our brands. Translate briefs into production plans that deliver social‑first, liquid & linked content with clear marketing impact.

You will oversee a hands‑on, leadership role, managing a small team, budgets, and external partners to maximize output and quality per peso invested while aligning with brand standards and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related creative field.
• +8 years of experience as a Producer, Videographer, Photographer, or audiovisual content creator.
• +6 years creating audiovisual content for culturally relevant consumer brands.
• Experience in a production house, creative/advertising agency, or in‑house production dept.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation of in‑house audiovisual content and translate briefs into production plans.
• Own creative taste and production-quality standards across content.
• Lead and prioritize the in‑house production team for efficient, high‑quality delivery.
• Decide in‑house vs external production based on complexity, timelines, resources, and budget.
• Manage external production houses, agencies, and vendors with oversight.
• Own the content production budget and optimize output per invested peso.
• Lead, develop, and coach the in‑house production team.
• Ensure content follows brand guidelines, platform specs, and digital trends.
• Oversee video and photo direction, editing, post‑production, and workflows.
• Translate briefs into scalable social‑first, liquid & linked content for funnel stages.
• Identify opportunities to improve production processes and leverage AI tools.
• Measure content performance and its impact on brand engagement and conversions.
