Job summary

Monks is seeking an Audiovisual & AI Production Lead to guide end-to-end production of video and audio content for global brands. You’ll lead post-production teams, collaborate with creative, account, and brand teams, and ensure projects meet creative and technical standards with pixel-perfect quality.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading audiovisual productions in agencies or brand studios.
• Strong portfolio of video, audio, and integrated campaigns for major brands.
• Hands-on with AI tools and models and ability to blend them into workflows.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite focusing on Premiere and After Effects; familiarity with DaVinci Resolve and Pro Tools.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent communication and project management with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the audiovisual production from concept to final delivery for campaigns.
• Provide technical and creative direction to a multidisciplinary team and mentor staff.
• Oversee editors, animators, designers, sound designers, and AI Artists to ensure on-time delivery.
• Define project vision, technical requirements, and creative strategy with stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to brand and platform specs; stay current with AV tech trends.
