Birdman is seeking a Content Production Lead to head its in-house audiovisual content and own motion content across brands. You will translate marketing briefs into clear production plans, maintaining taste, quality, and alignment with brand guidelines.

This hands-on leadership role combines creative judgment, production management, vendor relations, and budget ownership, with two direct reports and cross-functional collaboration across Birdman Studio and external partners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in audiovisual production or related field.
• +8 years of experience in producer, videographer, photographer, or audiovisual content creator roles.
• +6 years creating audiovisual content for culturally relevant consumer brands.
• Experience working in a production house, creative/advertising agency, or in-house audiovisual production department.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in-house audiovisual content production and oversee motion content.
• Translate brand briefs into clear production plans.
• Lead and develop the production team, manage budgets and vendors.
• Ensure content meets brand guidelines and platform specs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Improve processes and leverage AI tools to boost efficiency.
• Measure content performance and impact on engagement.
