Job summary

Albo is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR to lead the HR function in Monterrey, Nuevo León. The role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and compliance, and partners with the executive team to drive organizational development.

Ideal candidates will have a master's degree in HR or related field, 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (HR Manager, Director, or Head of HR).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies in a technology or fast-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of all HR functions, including Mexican labor law and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with executive leadership.
• Experience in change management and organizational development.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Oversee all HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, compensation, and benefits.
• Lead the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Partner with senior leadership to advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that attracts and retains top talent.
• Manage employee relations issues and ensure fair and consistent application of policies.
• Oversee talent management and succession planning programs.
• Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective HR operations.
