Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR or related field.
• 10+ years HR experience with 5+ in senior leadership.
• Experience in tech or fast-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee HR operations: talent acquisition, engagement, performance, learning, compensation, and benefits.
• Lead the HR team with mentorship and guidance.
• Advise executive leadership on org design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Develop and maintain HR policies ensuring labor law compliance.
• Foster an inclusive culture that attracts and retains top talent.
• Manage HR budget and cost-effective operations.
• Oversee employee relations and succession planning.
