Albo in Monterrey, Nuevo León, seeks a strategic Head of HR to lead the HR function in a fast-growing tech company. You will shape people strategies, oversee talent acquisition, performance, and engagement, and partner with the executive team to scale HR initiatives.

You will drive compensation, benefits, and learning, ensure compliance with Mexican labor law, and steward HRIS systems while cultivating a high-performance culture and strong employee engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (HR Manager, Director, or Head of HR).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies in a technology or fast-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of all HR functions, including Mexican labor law and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with executive leadership.
• Experience in change management and organizational development.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

• Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective HR operations.
