Job summary

Albo is seeking a strategic Head of HR to lead its HR function in Monterrey, Nuevo León. This senior role will design and execute people strategies aligned to the company’s mission, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance.

The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of progressive HR experience, 5+ in leadership, fluency in Spanish and English, and a proven track record building scalable programs in tech or fast growth

Qualifications

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (HR Manager, Director, or Head of HR).
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies in a technology or fast-growth environment.
Strong knowledge of all HR functions, including Mexican labor law and compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with executive leadership.
Experience in change management and organizational development.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies.
Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
Oversee all HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, compensation, and benefits.
Lead the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Partner with senior leadership to advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that attracts and retains top talent.
Manage employee relations issues and ensure fair and consistent application of policies.
Oversee talent management and succession planning programs.
Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective HR operations.
