Jobgether in Mexico is seeking a Head of Data Science & Credit Risk to lead a high-impact fintech initiative. You will shape the end-to-end credit intelligence strategy, build ML-driven underwriting, and scale decisioning across markets.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists and risk analysts, drive experimentation, MLOps, and policy design, and partner with senior leadership to balance growth with risk and inclusion.

Formación

• 10+ years of data science, ML, and consumer credit risk in fintech or related fields.
• Production ML deployment in real-time decisioning environments.
• Leadership experience building and scaling technical teams.
• Strong SQL and cloud data platform experience (GCP/BigQuery).

Responsabilidades

• Define end-to-end data science and credit risk strategy, including underwriting models and risk frameworks.
• Design and deploy ML models for credit scoring, fraud detection, and customer value optimization.
• Build real-time decisioning pipelines across multiple markets.
• Lead risk analytics, including stress testing and expected credit loss modeling.
• Establish MLOps standards for deployment, monitoring, and performance tracking.
• Translate analytics into actionable insights for executives and boards.
