LawnStarter is expanding its analytics team and seeking a hands-on Data Governance Lead to own data quality, lineage, and security across the data stack. You will shape the roadmap with product, marketing, ops, and finance to ensure trustworthy data, while guiding the migration to Lightdash and maintaining centralized governance.

You’ll build end-to-end governance, enable self-serve analytics, and establish durable standards for metrics, events, and data access in a remote-friendly environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the data governance roadmap and prioritize platform investments.
• Build and enforce data quality checks and lineage across pipelines.
• Manage Lightdash migration and governance structure for self-serve analytics.
• Define and govern the semantic layer for critical metrics.
• Oversee event tracking governance and data security/privacy practices.
• Lead AI data readiness and ensure safe access for AI tools.
