Delinea is seeking a Data Governance Manager to stand up the data governance function from the ground up in Mexico City. You will lead policy, process, team, and tooling, covering account hierarchy integrity, sanctions screening, and an AI-first operating model with human oversight.

You will design SOPs, hire and lead a local team, and establish SLAs for research and account creation while ensuring data quality and regulatory readiness.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or Salesforce data operations.
• 2+ years of people management experience, ideally building or scaling a new team.
• Direct experience with Salesforce account/contact data models and dedup tooling.
• Familiarity with OFAC/sanctions screening processes or ability to learn quickly.
• Experience establishing SLAs and operating within a controls-oriented environment; SOX or IPO-readiness is a plus.
