PayJoy in Mexico City seeks a Senior Analytics Engineer to own governance, definitions, and measurement foundations, ensuring data is trustworthy and decisions are measurable. You will manage platform primitives for governance, semantic definitions, and measurement methodology to accelerate downstream teams.

The right candidate will drive end-to-end ownership and collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Analytics to scale analyses with auditable data and robust controls.

Formación

• Bachelor’s in a related field or equivalent; Master’s a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics or governance.
• Expert governance and modeling capabilities with scalable designs.
• Proven track record driving adoption of standards and patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Own Unity Catalog governance model, metadata, lineage, and access controls.
• Define standards for trustworthy data and high‑quality measurements.
• Own the governed semantic layer and conformed dimensions across teams.
• Shape experimentation governance, metrics, and instrumentation with Product Engineering.
• Deliver reusable enablement patterns that scale across the organization.
