Collaborating with Sales, Demand Management, Finance, and Accounting, you will drive customer satisfaction, process standardization, and continuous improvement, while presenting clear business reviews to leadership.

Formación

• Masters degree in Business or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Operations, Order Management, or related functions.
• Proven experience leading teams and driving operational performance.
• Experience preparing and presenting executive summaries and business reviews.
• Fluent in English and the local language.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Customer Success, Order Management & Compliance teams.
• Build a culture of accountability, customer focus, and execution excellence.
• Translate business objectives into actionable priorities and execution plans.
• Drive strategic initiatives that improve customer experience, efficiency, and scalability.
• Prepare executive summaries, business reviews, and leadership presentations.
• Oversee forecasting, backlog management, compliance, and customer support activities.
