Sanmina Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Program Manager/Customer Service professional to oversee all aspects of a program at the site and serve as the liaison between the company and the customer to ensure needs are met.

You will ensure program decisions align with the customer's contract terms, drive the launch of new programs or orders, and manage customer satisfaction, orders, delivery, revenue, and issue resolution while promoting Sanmina-SCI offerings for additional products or services.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for all aspects of a program at the site and serving as the site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met.
• Ensures all program-related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer’s contract.
• Understands all aspects required to launch a new program or order.
• Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMA’s), and business development.
• Understands Sanmina-SCI offerings for vertical integration and directs customer appropriately towards additional or alternative Sanmina-SCI products or services.
