CargoSprint LLC is seeking a Senior Manager for Customer Success located in Mexico. This pivotal role focuses on owning the customer lifecycle, designing onboarding strategies, and ensuring customer engagement and retention for a portfolio of logistics technology products.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in customer success or account management, presenting business metrics to leadership while driving overall customer satisfaction and value realization.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or a post-sale customer-facing role
• Hands-on experience tracking and reporting customer success KPIs
• Proven track record of owning and presenting business reviews to leadership

Responsabilidades

• Design and operate a structured onboarding journey for new customers
• Monitor product usage signals to proactively manage customer engagement
• Build a Customer Health Score for each account using data analysis
