Félix is seeking a Collections Operations Manager to own and scale the U.S. consumer-lending collections function. This hands-on leadership role will redesign the operating model, develop data-driven repayment and recovery strategies, and implement controls to scale operations.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in B2C collections and recoveries, including US market experience.
• Experience leading collections strategy and operations.

Aufgaben

• Own collections strategy and end-to-end execution across early delinquency to recoveries.
• Architect collections technology stack and integrate loan-servicing systems.
• Drive portfolio performance using analytics and experimentation.
• Embed compliance with federal, state, and partner requirements.
• Build and lead a high-performing, scalable team with vendor management.
• Plan capacity and ramp plans for growth as new states open.
